9.4.5. Replacement of sealing rings of back differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All models 1. If the lateral surface of the main transfer is covered by oil, probably, sealing rings of differential are worn out. 2. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a back wheel. 3. Merge oil from back main transfer. 4. Remove a power shaft. Models with 1990 for 1994 5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing to a semiaxial gear wheel. 6. Uncover the bearing together with a lining. Pay attention to label position on a cover of the bearing which allows to establish a bearing cover in initial position. 7. Remove a sealing ring of round section from a cover of the bearing of a semiaxial gear wheel of differential and metal linings. 8. Establish a bearing cover on two бруска and, using tubular оправку, beat out a sealing ring of differential. 9. Using tubular оправку the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring in a bearing cover. 10. Establish on a bearing cover metal linings and a new sealing ring of round section. 11. Establish a bearing cover on картер the main transfer. Thus the label should be on the same place, as before removal. 12. Fix a cover of the bearing bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. Models since 1995 13. Using a screw-driver or the special tool, take an old sealing ring from картера the main transfer. 14. Using tubular оправку the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring in картер the main transfer. All models 15. Establish a back power shaft. 16. Fill in oil in the main transfer. 17. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
