THE GENERAL DATA

This system serves for tap and collecting of steams of fuel from a fuel tank, the case throttle заслонки and an inlet collector in the canister with charcoal for reduction of their emission in atmosphere in the form of hydrocarbons. At work of the engine of pair fuel get from the canister with the charcoal, arriving air and are involved in usual process of combustion.

Unstable work of the engine idling, bad controllability and problems at an engine stop can be a consequence of malfunction of the control valve, damage of the canister with coal, presence of cracks or отслоения in hoses, presence of deformation and other damages.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up each of the hoses connected to the canister with charcoal on передавливание, presence of cracks and places of leaks on all length of a hose.
2. Check up, whether there are no leaks of fuel from the bottom of the canister with coal. If there is a leak, replace the canister with coal and check up hoses and their fastenings.
3. Check up work of the electromagnetic valve of clearing. First of all check up passage of vacuum from the case of a throttle to the clearing valve. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the electromagnetic valve of clearing and establish on a hose a manometre. Increasing engine turns, check up that the vacuum shown by a manometre increases.
4. Check up resistance of the electromagnetic valve of clearing which should make 10–100 Ohm.
