Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the cold engine include ignition and check up that on a socket of the control air valve there is a pressure.
2. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature, switch off ignition and remove the control air valve. Check up, that заслонка the valve has been completely closed. Otherwise replace the control air valve.
3. Check up resistance of the control air valve. If the ohmmeter shows breakage or short circuit, replace the control air valve. At check of the control air valve resistance between contacts 1 both 2 and contacts 2 and 3 should be equal 9 Ohm.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from the control air valve an electric socket and disconnect hoses of giving of a cooling liquid (1) and an air hose (2).
2. Unscrew bolts and remove the control air valve.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use a new lining.
