Arrangement of the tablet with the sizes

On the top part of the block of cylinders of the engine there is a tablet with instructions of the size of the main neck of a cranked shaft and instructions of diameter расточки the engine cylinder.

Clearing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove all traces of linings from interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders of the engine.
2. Remove all заглушки an oil highway. At installation use new заглушки.
3. The most polluted places clear the ferry.
4. Clear all lubricant apertures and an oil highway. Wash out all internal channels a stream of warm water until water will not leave pure.
5. It is necessary to drain completely the block of cylinders and to grease with a thin butter layer all interfaced surfaces for prevention of occurrence of corrosion. Also grease engine cylinders. If there is compressed air, use it to accelerate process of drying and to blow all lubricant apertures and highways.
6. Carefully clear all carving apertures, using a tap with a corresponding carving then blow apertures the compressed air.
7. Establish stoppers in an oil highway in the block of cylinders of the engine and reliably fix them.
8. If the engine is not subject to immediate assemblage, close the block of cylinders the big plastic bag to protect it from pollution.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Visually check up the block of cylinders on corrosion presence. Check up integrity of a carving in carving apertures.
2. Check up diameter of cylinders of the engine on deterioration on step presence in the top part of the cylinder.
3. In the presence of the measuring tool measure diameter of a sleeve of each cylinder in the top part (under a deterioration step) in the centre and at the basis in parallel an axis of a cranked shaft (fig. of the Place of measurement of diameters of cylinders see.
4. Measure length of a special template.
5. Then make the same measurements of perpendicularly axis of a cranked shaft and compare them to specifications.
6. Repeat measurement procedure on other sleeves of cylinders.
7. Using a steel ruler and an edge щупа, check up planeness of an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders of the engine.
