THE GENERAL DATA

FORWARD SUSPENSION BRACKET

Course instability of the car:

  – Wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – Spherical hinges of steering draughts are worn out.

Hard steering:


  – Wrong installation of forward wheels;
  – Low pressure in tyres.

Palpation of wheels or vibration:

  – неотбалансировано a wheel;
  – The wheel is deformed;
  – Wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – The forward rack is faulty;
  – A weak spring of a forward suspension bracket.

Car inclination at turns and braking:


  – The rack of a forward suspension bracket is faulty;
  – A weak spring of a forward suspension bracket.

Squeal of tyres on turns:
    

  – Wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – Pressure in tyres does not correspond to norm.

Non-uniform deterioration of tyres:

  – Pressure in tyres does not correspond to norm;
  – Wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – The nave bearing is worn out.

BACK SUSPENSION BRACKET


Course instability
of the car:

  – The rack is faulty;
  – A weak spring of a suspension bracket;
  – The nave bearing is worn out or incorrectly adjusted;
  – The plug of the lever of a suspension bracket is worn out.

STEERING


Rigid steering:

  – There is not enough greasing in steering transfer;
  – Jamming in the spherical hinge of steering draught;
  – Jamming of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.

Increased люфт a steering wheel:

  – Deterioration of spherical hinges of steering draught;
  – Deterioration of teeths gear рейки.

STEERING WITH THE AMPLIFIER

The basic malfunctions same, as well as in a steering without the amplifier plus the following:

Hard management:

  – Proslipping of a belt of a drive of the pump of the amplifier;
  – Air presence in amplifier hydrosystem;
  – Wrong installation of corners of forward wheels.

Noisy work of the pump:

  – The pulley on the pump is not fixed;
  – Leaks in hydrosystem;
  – Low level of a liquid in a tank.
