2.43.6. Coupling

Incomplete deenergizing of coupling (coupling conducts)

At this malfunction the gear change of a forward course is complicated, and backing transfer joins with noise or does not join at all.

The reasons and ways of its elimination:

  – коробление disks;
  – Jamming of a conducted disk of coupling on шлицах a primary shaft. This malfunction can arise after long or misuse of the car owing to pollution or deterioration шлиц;
  – Jamming of a cable of coupling, the lever of deenergizing of coupling or a coupling pedal. In this case to clear and grease details with universal greasing;
  – Deterioration of a cable of coupling.

Incomplete inclusion of coupling (coupling "slips")

Signs of this malfunction: insufficient acceleration of the car, despite sharp increase in turns of the engine by the included transfer and the released pedal of coupling, loss of speed at movement on the lifting, the increased expense of fuel, is felt a specific smell from burning of overlays of a disk of coupling.

The reasons and ways of its elimination:

  – Frictional overlays have worn out or have burnt. In this case it is necessary to replace overlays or a coupling disk;
  – Frictional overlays were made oily. It is possible at deterioration of sealing rings of a transmission;
  – Reduction of elasticity of a press spring that demands replacement of a leading disk.

Jerks at coupling work

Causes of defect: jamming of a nave of a disk of coupling on шлицах a primary shaft of a transmission, замасливание frictional overlays, jamming in a coupling drive, damage of a surface or коробление a press disk, a non-uniform clip of a leading disk, a wrong lining of a cable of coupling.

Noise by pressing a coupling pedal:

  – It is faulty выжимной the bearing which is subject to replacement;
  – Palpation of a conducted disk on a flywheel and a leading disk. The conducted disk is subject to replacement.
